1 - Shared space pricing reflects a month-to-month limited access license (2-3 days per week, standard business hours).
Full-access upgrade available. 10% discount with a 1-year contract.
2 - Standard lease provides a utilities allowance subject to an escalation clause (triggered only if energy usage exceeds
stated historical thresholds).
3 - Free rent / usage fees applied to end of lease or contract term. Shared space contracts are subject to our first
acquiring signed commitments from no less than four users. Shared space "recruits" not eligible for promotional credits
(but you can transfer all or part of yours to their account).
